I have known Dennis Bishop since 1972 meeting him during our college construction classes.I have maintained a personal and professional relationship with him ever since.

In my professioal experience as a licensed contractor for over 30 years I have relied on his guidance for information relating to contractor laws and regulations when he worked as a supervisor with the Contractors State License Board.  He has always kept me advised of industry changes.

Dennis is an educator in the college system relating to construction and has been for over 20 years.  I have served on an advisory board with him to help provide the college system with industry insights and to assist to keep the curriculum updated so the students have the most current information available and provide them with the industry standards.

I worked with Dennis as an outside industry expert while he was employed at the Contractors Board.  In 1990 I was brought on as an industry expert to assit in resolving complex homeowner disputes.  We worked together for 15 years assisting the homeowners in there issues with contractors to come up with a resolution to their construction defect issues.

Dennis is always prepared and his people skills were superb considering the challenging subject matter and personalities we would be exposed to.  He just wanted the truth and was always objective to consider all the information before making a premature judgement.  His complete knowledge of his job and his department along with the knowledge of the laws as they related to the assignment provided me with the most up to date information that would assist me in providing the agency the most cost efficient use of my time.

My experience with Dennis is he is always on time for inspections and is prepared.  Dennis has a vast amount of experience in the legal arena aided by his construction knowledge is invaluable. I would recommend Dennis to perform property inspections.
